Job Summary

Summary
Independently carries out a broad range of technically advanced research activities and procedures; conceives of and designs experiments evaluates conclusions and has complete latitude to modify or devise methods and techniques as necessary to achieve desired results; may supervise technical and administrative elements of research unit.

Essential Functions
Manage daily laboratory operations and support relevant research projects.

Serve as an inhouse expert for businessrelated systems and processes.

Train and orient new staff.

Initiate and drive proof of concept clinical study.

Capable of carrying out independent research programs with minimal supervision.

Interact and collaborate with sponsors to facilitate transfer of knowledge and deliverables of drug products.
