The Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) is looking for a highly motivated Continuous Improvement (CI) Analyst to join our highperforming team. This role is an exciting opportunity for a process improvement professional who is passionate about driving operational excellence and delivering impactful sustainable improvements across the organization.
The CI Analyst will lead coach and support improvement efforts across all areas of the utility. This role combines process analysis facilitation coaching and training to promote a consistent and lasting approach to organizational improvement. EWEB will fill this position at the CI Analyst II or CI Analyst Senior level depending upon the successful candidates demonstrated level of experience.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The starting hourly wage for this position based on job level is commensurate with the selected candidates knowledge skills education and experience as relates to the position.

Continuous Improvement Analyst Senior: $103821 $129777

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Equivalency: EWEB will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience when reviewing applications. Candidates who do not meet all of the minimum qualifications but whose application materials demonstrate the necessary knowledge skills and abilities to be successful in the position are encouraged to apply.

WORK LOCATION
This position is based inEugene Oregon and has been approved for hybrid work arrangement involving a combination of telecommuting and working onsite at EWEB selected candidate must live in the state of Oregon.
