Be a part of the next exciting phase of Amazons transportation technology and business growth. Amazon Freight is building the nextgeneration of shipping services on top of our core transportation network and we are looking for a Sr. Product ManagerTechnical to join our team!
This role will own and drive features that ensure intelligent and efficient experience for booking and scheduling for our shipper customers through internal and external facing tools. It also involves working with marketing on coordinated launches customer insights and with sales on segmentspecific painpoints and finance on project KPIs and commitments.
Within the Amazon Freight team our mission is to meet the transportation needs of a full spectrum of businesses from SMBs to large enterprises by building the most efficient and optimal transportation solution on the planet using our technology global carrier network and engineering innovation as our biggest advantages. We use advanced technologies in GenAI machine learning computervision and optimization techniques to deliver highperformance services at low cost. You will work with executive leaders engineering science and operations stakeholders to coordinate product launches process improvement generate ideas validate entitlement and then direct a path to launch. You will work alongside the salesteam to understand unique largecustomer requirements provide guidance on the our solution set and work creatively to design bespoke solutions as needed. You will define architecture integration strategy and work across products to drive execution. Youll work in a fastpaced environment and will be required to lead not only at the strategic level but also tactically daytoday by diving deeply into business and technical domains. As a multidiscipline leader leading impactful largescale projects the buck will stop with you.
Key job responsibilities
Lead and own strategy and execution for shipper features and experience related to Scheduling and Booking.
Own and deliver on ambitious and creative roadmap aligned to customer needs and business growth.
Drive insights prioritization and alignment on roadmap and investments.
Deliver on cost and efficiency goals managing efforts communicating status and managing stakeholder expectations.
Lead agile engineering and teams to coordinate prioritize and deliver to a roadmap.
Drive a marketaware customerobsessed mentality within the team.
Communicate effectively on product strategy and roadmaps and develop compelling artifacts to ensure alignment and message discipline.
Bachelors degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience managing technical products or online services
5 years of product or program management product marketing business development or technology experience
Experience in using analytical tools such as Tableau Qlikview QuickSight
Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executivelevel prioritization and planning

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
