Job Summary:
Performs functions directed towards successfully and efficiently meeting production goals for customer orders by blending product.

Essential Functions:
- Verifies ingredients / weights against batch tickets before blending.
- Unloads ingredients into blending equipment and mixes batch according to specification.
- Maintains standards for blending.
- Collects product samples for quality checks as required.
- Will occasionally be bagging product under blender.
- Must maintain integrity of raw materials.
- Must assist in inventory and cycle counts
- Keeps area and equipment clean; follows LOTO procedures when cleaning equipment.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year experience within a food manufacturing environment.
- Ability to comfortably operate blending equipment and scales.
