Job Description

Purpose of the Job

We are seeking a resultsoriented Regional Talent Acquisition Lead to drive our recruitment efforts across the EMEA region. This role will focus on the effective execution of recruitment processes team leadership and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience. The ideal candidate will be a handson leader with a strong track record of managing recruitment teams and delivering highquality talent in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the EMEA Talent Acquisition team ensuring effective daytoday operations and team performance.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle ensuring a positive candidate experience and efficient hiring process.
  • Implement effective sourcing strategies and manage candidate pipelines to attract and secure top talent.
  • Manage contracts and job postings with regional job boards and cultivate relationships with universities to build talent pipelines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and HR partners to meet recruitment needs.
  • Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics identifying areas for process improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to all local and regional employment laws.
  • Manage contracts and relationships with external recruitment partners ensuring quality and costeffectiveness.

Knowledge Skills Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
  • Experience in leading a Talent Acquisition team with proven ability to manage and motivate a team of recruiters.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English is . Additional European languages are a plus.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and regional employment laws.
