Deputy Nurse Manager Supernumerary
Salary: 49000
37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Our client is looking for an experienced and dedicated Deputy Nurse Manager to join the team in a supernumerary role that combines handson resident care with essential managerial responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have prior management experience within a multidisciplinary care environment and will demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills.
What Were Looking For
- Possession of a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification
- Previous management experience in a care setting
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
- Commitment to promoting and developing the highest standards of care

Responsibilities
- Supervising and coordinating the delivery of highquality care to residents
- Assisting the Nurse Manager in daily operations and nursing team management
- Contributing to recruitment training and performance management of nursing staff
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a holistic approach to resident care
- Contributing to marketing efforts to promote the facility and increase occupancy
- Assisting in financial management to control costs and maintain high care standards
