Job Description
Responsibilities:
Oversee the maintenance repair and servicing of industrial equipment including boilers chillers compressors and ovens
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
Lead a team of technicians and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Conduct diagnostics and troubleshooting to resolve mechanical issues efficiently
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize equipment performance
Maintain records of maintenance activities and generate reports for management
Ensure compliance with industry standards and environmental regulations
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management
Strong knowledge of boilers chillers compressors and industrial ovens
Excellent problemsolving and leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
