What Youll Do:
As an Accounts Payable Technician youll play a critical role in ensuring smooth payroll operations and contributing to the success of our accounting team. You will:
Accounts Payable:
- Assist with accounts payable with vendor invoice entry weekly vendor payments and other accounting tasks.
- Act as a backup for various accounting functions and support the broader accounting team.
What Youll Bring:
Were looking for a skilled professional with:
- 6 years of accounts payable experience ideally in a professional services or servicebased industry.
- An associates degree in accounting or a high school diploma and two or more years of applicable accounting experience.
- Strong business acumen and criticalthinking skills.
- Strong problemsolving skills and to be comfortable with change.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to build relationships both internally and externally with vendors and suppliers.
- Detailoriented with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines while providing overthetop customer service to staff and vendors.
- Microsoft Office experience using Word (basic level skills) and Excel (intermediate level skills) is required.
- Proven track record of working independently and in a team environment.
