Job Description

The Janitor/Porter helps ensure complete customer satisfaction by moving vehicles in and around the service area/lot maintaining the cleanliness of vehicles and the service area delivering vehicles to customers after service is complete and transporting customers to/from their home when are looking for a reliable person to maintain a clean and safe work environment responsible for cleaning and sanitizing the customer areas bathrooms and service shop.

Responsibilities

Keep entire departmentin clean and orderly condition
Perform any combination of the following duties: sweeping mopping scrubbing and vacuuming hallways stairs and office spaces
Use machinery to clean showroom floor dust entire facility and maintain multiple bathrooms and kitchen
Empty trash and garbage containers
Maintain minor and routine painting electrical and other maintenance activities using hand tools
Move and park vehicles
Drive the shuttle van
Work schedule will be assigned from Monday to Saturday (7am6pm) by Service Manager
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Positive attitude cando mentality and eager to improve
Previous janitorial and/or maintenance experience a plus
Diligent work ethic and dedicated approach to performing duties
Drive with care
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
