What Youll Do:
Campus Recruitment
- Build and maintain relationships with college career centers professors and student organizations.
- Represent our firm at job fairs networking events and oncampus interviews.
- Collaborate with partners and managers of the firm to identify internships and hiring needs.
- Design and implement job fair booths and materials to effectively communicate our brand.
Experienced CPA Recruitment
- Use LinkedIn and other sourcing tools to identify experienced CPAs who align with our firms values and vision are looking to move back to Utah or want to change local accounting firms.
- Build strong candidate pipelines and proactively reach out to top talent in the market.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the candidate experience from outreach to offer.
What Were Looking For:
- 2 years of recruiting experience preferably in professional services or accounting/finance industries.
- Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Selfstarter with a resultsdriven mindset and comfort working independently.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter a big plus!
