We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Manager to play a key role in driving revenue growth managing high value accounts and developing futurefocused sales strategies in a specific Nordic Market. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in building and nurturing client relationships a datadriven approach to developing sales plans and the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
As a Sales Manager you will work to align sales efforts with the overall business goals while ensuring the delivery of exceptional results to both the company and its clients.
You will be responsible for:
1. Strategic Sales Planning & Revenue Growth:
Develop and execute short and longterm sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
Conduct market analysis and identify emerging trends and opportunities.
Ensure balanced approach that maximizes key KPIs and creates sustainable business delivery customized to the specific market
Measure and analyze sales performance ensuring consistency and continuous improvement.
2. Key Account Partnership Management:
Build strong relationships with highvalue clients to ensure longterm partnerships and satisfaction.
Lead strategic negotiations to secure contracts that meet both client and company needs.
Serve as a voice of the customer providing insights and feedback to guide product service development as well as other Dyson operations.
3. Leadership & Ownership:
Lead a team for a specified Nordic market; ensuring alignment of business targets and clear action plan
Build a highly focused and highly motivated team where individual growth and development is enabled through constructive feedback.
Manage field work and expert program in a chosen Nordic market.
Consult internal stakeholders on types of investments that are needed to maximize market delivery in the short and long term (RGI Retail activation/Distribution marketing).
4. Reporting & Forecasting & Optimization of internal processes:
Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts to inform business planning and decisionmaking.
Prepare clear and accurate overviews of the key accounts as well as chosen Nordic market.
Proactively seek to improve Dyson Nordic processes to find efficiencies
