We are looking for a Business Analyst with at least 7 years of IT experience and Commercial Insurance domain experience.

Summary:
The Business Analyst role in the Global Platforms team involves supporting the team in delivering new solutions to EMEA countries commercial risk businesses. You will engage with local colleagues of all seniority levels to understand their processes and assist them in their transition to a new operating environment.
Reporting to the Lead Business Analyst you will be responsible for:
Relationship management working directly with colleagues in EMEA countries to understand their processes and requirements.
Analyzing the local processes and requirements to then assist in the development of global processes and solutions.
Producing a range of Business Analysis outputs including but not limited to business requirements business process diagrams use case diagrams user stories user journeys.

Flexibility to work with diverse teams from different countries and cultures.
Confidence to influence and challenge to ensure program strategy is adhered to.
Selfmotivated and able to take leadership on areas of work assigned.
Ability to see the big picture solution but equally drill down to lowlevel detail when required.
Analytical ability to understand complex subjects and transferring that knowledge into required deliverables.
Experience in producing a range of Business Analysis outputs including but not limited to business requirements business process diagrams use case diagrams user stories user journeys.
Ability to speak English is a must.
Ability to speak German Dutch and French would be beneficial.
Knowledge of Commercial Risk Insurance (nonmandatory).
