Job Description

Key Responsibilities Manufacturing Team Member
- Operate production equipment and follow standard operating procedures to manufacture products efficiently and safely.
- Ensure all quality checks are carried out at each stage of the production process.
- Participate actively in identifying process improvements and implementing best practices on the shop floor.
- Collaborate with other team members and support functions to achieve daily and weekly production targets.
- Maintain accurate records complete production documentation and assist with periodic stock checks.
- Follow all health safety and environmental regulations as per company policy.
- Report any issues or deviations to supervisors promptly and support root cause analysis and solutions.
- Engage in ongoing skillbuilding and crosstraining opportunities within the department.
Skills Qualifications & Experience for Manufacturing Roles
- Minimum 1 year experience in a manufacturing production or industrial environment preferred. Recent graduates welcome to apply.
- Educational qualification: ITI Diploma or equivalent technical certification is desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse fastpaced team.
- Basic understanding of production processes health and safety standards and the importance of quality controls.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering consistent work.
- Problemsolving attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Flexible to work on shifts or weekends as required by the production schedule.
