About the role
The GelBottle Inc. is on an exciting growth journey and were looking for a Senior Warehouse Manager to be part of our vibrant founderled company. If youre passionate about working in a fastpaced environment and eager to contribute to a diverse portfolio of B2B and B2C brands this is your chance to make a significant impact.
Were looking for a strategic and handson logistics leader to optimise our warehouse and fulfilment operations. Youll drive process improvements boost productivity and ensure timely costeffective delivery across global markets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading warehouse operations and continuous process improvement
- Managing a highperforming team across logistics and customer fulfilment
- Collaborating with Supply Chain and Commercial teams to ensure smooth order flow and a bestinclass customer experience
- Optimising our distribution network and delivery partners for performance and cost
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulatory and quality standards
- Driving reporting automation and WMS optimisation
- Managing budgets and identifying scalable costeffective logistics solutions
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced scaling environment and is passionate about building efficient customerfocused operations
About you:
Bringing extensive experience in Global Operations and Warehouse Management this candidate has led teams and worked across multichannel international distribution networks. With a commercial mindset and a drive for operational efficiency they thrive in fastpaced scaling environments.
- Strong background in global operations and warehouse leadership
- Skilled in managing multichannel global distribution networks
- Proven leadership experience collaborating across supply chain finance and commercial teams
- Deep knowledge of NetSuite WMS or similar platforms
- Experience in highvolume scaleup environments from transferable industries
- Commercially focused with a passion for driving efficiency and results
