Job Description

Position: Senior Sales Representative U.S. Market
Location: West Square Beverly Hills Hybrid.
Type: FullTime
Working Hours: 2 PM to 11 PM .

Grand Care is a fastgrowing IT offshoring provider specializing in connecting toptier IT talent from Egypt with leading companies in the United States. We offer staff augmentation services that include software developers UI/UX designers and quality engineers ensuring highquality costeffective solutions for our clients.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Representative to join our team and drive client acquisition in the U.S. market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT offshoring or staff augmentation sales excellent communication skills and a proven track record of closing deals with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with potential clients in the United States including tech startups midsized companies and enterprises.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through LinkedIn cold outreach and networking events.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand client needs and propose tailored IT staffing solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and emerging opportunities in the U.S. market.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in IT offshoring staff augmentation or IT services targeting the U.S. market.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce) to manage sales pipelines.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fastpaced startup environment.
