Tasks
- Assist the Operations Manager in managing the endtoend purchasing process including preparing and processing purchase orders.
- Track orders verify prices and confirm delivery schedules with all stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders invoices and communications.
- Monitor inventory level and work closely with the warehouse team to manage stock replenishment.
- Prepare and present regular procurement reports to the Operations Manager.
- Assist in resolving any discrepancies related to orders shipments or invoices.
Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite CRM systems and Inventory Management Software.
- Detailoriented and highly organized.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Purchasing Procurement or SupplyChain Management.
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Business Administration SupplyChain Management or related field.
- Experience working in a Sales & Distribution company is a plus.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus.
