Job Description
At AM PM we specialize in crafting highquality bathroom products tailored for modern lifestyles. As we continue to grow and achieve new milestones were looking for a Logistics Operations Specialist with French language skills to join our Ecommerce team!
Tasks
- Process and manage client orders from placement to delivery
- Confirm product availability and handle stock reservations
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order picking
- Distribute and order transportation
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation with clients
- Handle pricing documentation as well as sorting and managing damaged goods
- Coordinate product returns and replacements efficiently
- Monitor operational expenses and prepare regular reports for management
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in logistics operations; experience working with 3PL providers is a strong advantage
- Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken)
- Higher or specialized secondary education in Economics Logistics or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with business process management software
