With our Research Project funded by Joachim Hertz Stiftung we are building a plattform for amputees in India which is is intended to systematically promote the exchange between patients. Technologysavvy patients are given access to reliable information about prosthetic fittings as well as as well as testimonials from other patients so that they can make their own decisions decisions independently and not solely based on medical recommendations. The aim is to reduce information asymmetries and to enable patients to make more informed decisions.
Functions such as sharing videos and photos enable patients to support each other support each other gain insights into life after an amputation and hope for their own future.

Tasks
Tasks
- You capture user issues and effectively derive initiatives for continuous UX/UI
improvement - You lead brainstorming sessions to refine product and business needs and requirements
- You develop test and refine the user experience for our platforms and applications
- You create storyboards mockups and prototypes for communicationrich interaction designs
- You create relevant user personas and use the data and insights gained to optimize the customer experience
- You are largely responsible for the look and feel of our current and future products
Requirements
Qualifications
- You have relevant experience in the areas of UX and UI
- You have experience with UCD methods (analysis / prototype development / evaluation)
- You are experienced in designing complex digital products
- You have a diverse portfolio of digital products that you have designed independently
- You are skilled in Figma Sketch Adobe Creative Cloud and Wireframe
- You have a good eye and a heart for design and are always up to date with current industry standards
- You have a quick grasp of things a high level of initiative and creativity
- You enjoy working independently
- You are reliable resilient and motivated
- You have good communication skills in English and/or German
- Hindi and a second Indian dialect are a plus
