Job Description
We are hiring a dynamic Business Development Associate/Business Development Manager experienced in the Online Bidding platform UPWORK
Position BDE (Online Bidding Upwork Freelance)
Experience Min 1 yrs
Desired Candidate Profile:
Very strong communication skills
Understanding of general IT outsourcing business
Experienced in handling international clients (US UK EU)
Must have experience in bidding/working on online portals/marketplaces like Upwork/Freelancer.
Responsibility: Excellent communication and coaching skills to help BDEs improve proposal quality and client engagement.
Ability to provide actionable feedback on proposals ensuring alignment with market demands and client needs.
Understanding of key metrics for measuring proposal success (win rates response times etc.. Preferred (but not required): Experience in client negotiation contract management and project management on freelance platforms.
