This is a remote position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accurately input and maintain deal information.
- Track deal stages (e.g. Application Taken Submitted Approved Settled)
- Ensure all deal fields are complete before marking deals as Settled.
- Manage and update asset details deal status and lender information.
- Trigger automated communications by updating the deal status.
- Send congratulations emails using prebuilt templates.
- Use Gmail and Active Pipe for client communication.
- Maintain structured client folders in Google Drive.
Requirements
- Proven experience in administrative support ideally in finance or lending
- Familiarity with loan application and settlement processes
- Proficient with MyCRM and Google Workspace
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and remotely
- Excellent written communication skills
- Techsavvy and able to learn new systems quickly
