Job Description
As a Senior Python Developer you will:
- Design develop and maintain scalable efficient and secure Pythonbased microservices.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services particularly Cloud Run and Cloud Functions.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and deliver new features in a microservices architecture.
- Optimize applications for performance speed and scalability.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline automated testing and deployment processes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production environments to ensure high availability security and performance.
- Write clean maintainable and welldocumented code while adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in cloud computing microservices and Python development.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 6 8 years of handson experience in Python development with a strong focus on microservices architecture.
- Deep understanding of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Solid experience working with Google Cloud Platform particularly Cloud Run Cloud Functions and other related services.
- Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases including strong data modeling skills.
- Expertise in version control systems such as Git.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- Familiarity with Python frameworks like Flask FastAPI or Django.
- Exposure to DevOps tools and practices such as Terraform and Jenkins.
- Understanding of monitoring/logging tools such as Prometheus Grafana and Stackdriver (Cloud Monitoring).
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills with the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
You should possess the ability to:
