Were currently seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Fitter to join our day shift team. This is a handson varied role where you ll take ownership of machine maintenance breakdown response and general fabrication to keep our factory running at peak performance.

- $100000 $120000 total package including performance bonuses

- Work Monday to Friday with overtime available as needed. Standard hours are 73.35 MonThurs 71.05 Friday

What You ll Be Doing:
- Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on a variety of machinery including CNC machines and automated production lines
- Troubleshoot and diagnose CNC issues to reduce downtime
- Set up and install new equipment as required
- Carry out general machine servicing and workshop repairs
- Assist with fabrication and welding tasks when needed
- Contribute to a clean safe and efficient factory environment
Requirements
What We re Looking For:
- Tradequalified Maintenance Fitter with strong mechanical skills
- Experience with CNC machines and faultfinding
- Experience with Hydraulica and pneumatics
- Ability to work independently and think on your feet
- Fabrication and welding experience (desirable)
- Someone who enjoys variety and is handson across different tasks
- Forklift ticket and working at heights would be an advantage.
