Job Description:
We are seeking a detailoriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to manage update and maintain data for our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering large volumes of data verifying information and ensuring that all records are uptodate and errorfree.
Responsibilities:
Enter and update data into our systems with accuracy and speed.
Verify data integrity and ensure it is correctly entered into databases.
Assist in organizing and categorizing information for easy retrieval.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
Perform routine audits to check the accuracy and completeness of data.
Assist with additional administrative tasks as required.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth data flow across the company.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree is a plus).
Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Excellent typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
