Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Montgomery AL. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to various departments and executives ensuring smooth daytoday operations. This position requires multitasking attention to detail and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls emails and inquiries.
Manage office schedules appointments and meetings.
Organize and maintain office filing systems.
Assist in preparing reports presentations and documents.
Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports.
Handle office supplies and ensure they are wellstocked.
Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Assist in the preparation and coordination of office events.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
2 years of experience in an administrative role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Selfmotivated reliable and able to work independently.
