Job Description
Next Comms Talk is currently seeking a professional and motivated Front Desk Agent to join our team in Boston. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients the Front Desk Agent plays a key role in creating a positive and professional environment. This position requires strong communication skills excellent organizational abilities and a high level of attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Greet clients visitors and staff in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls emails and other inquiries
Manage appointments meetings and visitor logs
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Assist with general administrative tasks and support other departments as needed
Handle deliveries mail distribution and office supplies inventory
Uphold security procedures by monitoring visitor access
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Outlook Excel)
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to remain calm and courteous in a fastpaced environment
