We are seeking a Client Relationship Representative to join our Bostonbased team. This individual will be responsible for managing client accounts addressing client needs and maintaining longterm successful relationships. You will act as the main point of contact for our clients ensuring they receive outstanding support and solutions that meet their business goals.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams
Identify client needs and offer tailored solutions and services
Resolve client concerns efficiently and professionally
Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to clients
Collaborate with the sales and support teams to enhance customer experiences
Proactively seek opportunities to improve processes and client satisfaction
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Communications or a related field
2 years of experience in client services account management or customer relations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problemsolving and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts
Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
