We are currently seeking a detailoriented and proactive Marketing & Public Relations Representative to join our growing team in Cincinnati OH. This position will play a key role in shaping our brand presence managing public communications and supporting strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fastpaced environment and capable of executing PR and marketing tasks with efficiency and professionalism.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and public relations strategies
Coordinate and attend company events trade shows and client meetings
Draft press releases newsletters and promotional content for external distribution
Build and maintain strong relationships with media contacts and industry partners
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support campaign planning
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and public communications
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign alignment with company goals
Track campaign performance and prepare reports for management
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Public Relations or a related field
12 years of relevant experience in marketing or public relations preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities
Confidence in presenting ideas and engaging with stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic marketing tools
