We are seeking a skilled Communications Agent to join our team at Sonar Spark. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of communication processes and the ability to deliver clear concise messages. As a Communications Agent you will be responsible for supporting internal communications ensuring the smooth exchange of information and assisting with the development of communication strategies that align with company goals.
Responsibilities:
Support the creation and distribution of internal and external communications.
Assist in managing communication strategies for various projects.
Develop clear and effective messaging for clients and stakeholders.
Maintain consistent communication across multiple channels.
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth communication flow.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
Help develop communication materials for public relations purposes.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Communications Marketing Public Relations or a related field.
2 years of experience in a communications or similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency with communication software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A proactive attitude and ability to collaborate with different teams.
