Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts
Develop and maintain strong longterm relationships with clients
Identify client needs and propose appropriate solutions
Ensure timely and successful delivery of services based on client goals
Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Prepare reports and documentation on client activities and feedback
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Communications or related field preferred
Previous experience in client services account management or customer relations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problemsolving and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
