The Communications Agent will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing communication between the company and its external stakeholders. This position requires someone with strong communication skills a proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to an everchanging environment. You will be responsible for managing communications handling inquiries and ensuring that our messages are consistent and clear across all channels.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound communication with clients partners and stakeholders.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with key contacts.
Draft review and distribute communication materials such as emails reports and newsletters.
Ensure that all communications align with company messaging and brand guidelines.
Assist with the planning and execution of events conferences and meetings.
Resolve client inquiries and provide timely followup as needed.
Monitor communication trends and propose improvements to internal processes.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in a communications role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools.
