Job Description:

As a Front Desk Executive at Hype Tier you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. You will play an essential role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere while ensuring the smooth operation of daily front desk tasks. This position requires an individual who is organized reliable and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere.

  • Answer phone calls emails and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.

  • Manage appointments schedules and meeting room bookings.

  • Maintain an organized front desk area and perform general administrative tasks.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and reorder as necessary.

  • Support management with adhoc tasks as needed.


Qualifications :

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.

  • Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
