As a Front Desk Executive at Hype Tier you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. You will play an essential role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere while ensuring the smooth operation of daily front desk tasks. This position requires an individual who is organized reliable and has excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere.
Answer phone calls emails and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
Manage appointments schedules and meeting room bookings.
Maintain an organized front desk area and perform general administrative tasks.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Ensure office supplies are stocked and reorder as necessary.
Support management with adhoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
