Job Description:

We are seeking a professional friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist. This role involves managing the front desk handling administrative tasks and providing support to various departments within the company. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients you will play a key role in ensuring a positive experience and smooth office operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.

  • Answer and direct phone calls ensuring inquiries are handled efficiently.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

  • Schedule appointments meetings and coordinate office events.

  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

  • Assist with general administrative duties such as filing data entry and office organization.

  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.

  • Assist in coordinating internal communication and employee scheduling.


Qualifications :

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred).

  • 12 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience in office management is a plus.
