The Department of Management and International Business is seeking to appoint a fulltime Professional Teaching Fellow.
We are particularly seeking candidates with experience in International Business Strategy and Foundational/Core course teaching. You will have a background in flipped classroom team based learning (TBL) and/or online teaching methods and course design.
This is a fulltime (40 hours per week) permanent position.
The remuneration for this role is $100696 $132495 depending on the level of appointment.

Our ideal candidate will be a team player who supports the Department of Management and International Business and is able to teach across a range of Management topics in the BCom and taught Masters programmes. We are particularly interested in strengthening our teaching and research in the areas of International Business Innovation and Strategy.
You will have strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate your ideas and plans. Suitably qualified with a Masters or PhD in International Business Strategy or a closely related discipline our ideal candidate will also demonstrate the following skills and experience:
A commitment to ensuring undergraduate students have a highquality learning and teaching experience supported and enhanced by relevant learning technologies.
A passion for fostering innovative and creative teaching in an increasingly multidisciplinary environment.
The ability to provide leadership in curriculum development and delivery including the assessment and evaluation of learning outcomes alongside relevant administrative responsibilities required to achieve these goals.
