The Training Logistics Coordinator Airports is responsible for providing a high level of logistical support to help drive the delivery of important learning programs to ensure key learning objectives are met. You will manage compliance reporting across training activities work collaboratively with the Learning and Development (L&D) and People community to forward plan and forecast training requirements in alignment with program needs and manage rosters for Facilitators and thirdparty suppliers. This position will plan and coordinate all logistical training requirements across digital and facetoface learning initiatives to meet help the business achieve agreed objectives and timelines.
Youll have:
- Experience in coordinating and implementing training within complex operational environments.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in technology including advanced use of spreadsheets and databases.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and support training operations on the day of delivery.
- A selfmotivated mindset with a focus on completing tasks efficiently and effectively.
- A proactive approach to continuous improvement in training processes and systems.
