Job Description
Role: Senior HR Executive / HR Business Partner
Experience: 6 7 Years
Location: Chennai
Employment Type: Fulltime
Role:
- Partner with business units to drive org goals through people strategy
- Lead endtoend talent acquisition
- Own and execute employee engagement performance and development cycles
- Leverage analytics for decisionmaking and workforce planning
- Prepare impactful presentations dashboards and reports
- Use Gen AI tools to improve HR efficiency and productivity
Qualifications and skills:
MBA in HR
6 7 years of experience across TA and HRBP roles
Strong knowledge of HR concepts employee lifecycle and labour laws
Proven expertise in endtoend recruitment stakeholder management and talent planning
Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills
High energy growth mindset and ability to work extended hours when required
