Description:
The Senior Associate Recruitment is responsible for identifying screening and managing candidates and consultants for contract and contracttohire positions within Accounting Finance Tax and Audit. This position works with the sales team to fulfill open job orders while managing candidates and consultants throughout the hiring process.Thisposition will collaborate with business stakeholders business leadersand subject matter experts to plan and deliver projects effectively andtimely.

Duties andResponsibilities:
- Proactivelyidentify assess and recruit qualified talent to fulfill job orders.
- Update review and activelyutilizea candidate skills matrix in recruitment activities.
- Perform weekly interviewsin line with performanceobjectives.
- Generate leads via professional relationships candidate interviews and other interactions that support business development/sales efforts.
- Utilize Bullhorn to log all activity notes and information vital to managing and growing a book of business as well as planning daily activities.
- Collaborate with teammates to crosssell and/orfulfillopen positions across other lines of business and/or national practices asappropriate.

Educationand Experience:
- Bachelors degree.
- Minimum 2yearsof experience in finance & accounting staffing/recruitmenthighly preferred.
Salary Range for this role:
$75000 $90000 USD
