Recruiter: Bloom Talent Solutions connects outstanding professionals with great opportunities in the landscaping industry. Our client is seeking a dedicated and customercentric Tree Care Manager to join their team.
Position Overview
The Tree Care Manager will be responsible for managing and selling tree care services while ensuring highquality customer service. This individual will oversee sales team management and operational efficiency ensuring all work meets company standards and contractual obligations.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation: $90k $110k
- OTE: $130k
- Full benefits package

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of tree care sales and direct reports.
- Attend homeowners meetings and prebid meetings as necessary.
- Recruit interview and evaluate potential employees.
- Provide guidance training and performance evaluations for direct reports.
- Ensure quality processes and results align with contract agreements customer expectations and company profitability.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and leads within the assigned territory.
- Present bids and negotiate contract renewals with clients.
- Schedule and maintain regular appointments with prospects to drive new business.
- Utilize companyestablished sales techniques to prequalify potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities appointments and account management.
- Adhere to company policies including confidentiality and proprietary information agreements.
- Collaborate with the Regional Branch Manager on annual goals growth projections and personnel planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- ISA Certified Arborist License required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with clients employees and managers effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Project Manager etc.).
- Must possess a valid Hawaii drivers license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions including exposure to dust pollen chemicals and noise typical of the tree care industry.
- Occasional officebased tasks using standard equipment such as computers and photocopiers.
- Flexibility to work after hours or on weekends as needed.
