Description
Together with EXOS Centurion is proud to be the provider of dental services to the Indiana Department of Correction.
We are currently seeking a parttime (2 days/week) Dentist to join our team at Madison Correctional Facility located in Madison Indiana.
The Dentist provides comprehensive professional dental treatment to address the oral health needs of incarcerated patients including routine recall exams simple extractions restorations prosthetic services prophylaxis fluoride treatments and endodontic treatments.
Qualifications
DDS or DMD
Active unrestricted Indiana license
Active unrestricted DEA
Ability to pass background screening
Available Shift
Day Shift
Monday Friday
2days per week Dentist choice
8hour shifts
No nights holidays or weekends
