Together Carta is creating the endtoend ERP platform for private markets. Traditional ERP solutions dont work for Private Funds. Private capital markets need a comprehensive software solution to replace outdated spreadsheets and fragmented service providers. Cartas software for the Office of the Fund CFO does just that its a new category of software to make private markets look more like public markets a connected ERP for private capital.

As aBusiness Development Private Equity Law Firm Fund Formation Manager you will expand Cartas distribution and market share by helping us deepen working relationships with key partnersand developing relationships with new ones. You will represent Carta as a valuable contributor to the Private Equity ecosystem helping us to drive PE fund penetration.
The Business Development Manager Private Equity Fund Formation Law Partners will represent Carta inmarket and advance the companys efforts to grow its network deepen existing relationships and develop additional business opportunities with law firm fund formation partners counsel associates and other decision makers at law firms involved with supporting private equity fund managers and fund launches. This BDM will manage outreach events gotomarket initiatives product development and other tactics with the goal of creating and growing a referral business with these law firm partners.
The Business Development team works crossfunctionally to drive ecosystem partnerships to accelerate our growing business. Ideal candidates will be energized by building and managing impactful external relationships driving crossfunctional collaboration digging into data finding scalable and repeatable best practices constructing strategic communications helping to change practices and creating more owners across a rapidly evolving industry.
