Do you have excellent communication skills and experience providing outstanding customer service The Public Utility Commission is seeking a dedicated Clerical Assistant 2 to complete our team of professionals. This position serves as a receptionist for the Secretarys Bureau giving you the opportunity to greet visitors respond to public inquiries and direct individuals to appropriate personnel.

Responsibilities of this position requires the employee to cover the front desk of the Secretarys Bureau at all times between the hours of 8:00am to 4:30pm and serves as the Receptionist for the Secretarys Bureau and is the first point of contact with the public for the Commission. You will accept Commission filings which are hand delivered from utilities law firms and members of the public regarding litigation or proceedings pending before the Commission. Answers all incoming calls to the Secretarys Bureau and evaluates inquiries/requests for information and processes telephone or physical requests for files. Research specific case information on the Commissions InfoMap Case Management System and the Bureau of Consumer Services Case Management System to determine consumers Informal Complaint status as required. Instructs or assists members of the public in the use of the Commissions website. Pulls and refiles all docketed proceedings from the Commissions main file room.
