We are looking for a Senior Integrations Engineer to join our Strategy and Transformation team. This role is perfect for a highly technical engineer who thrives on solving complex integration challenges working across software development enterprise system integrations and firstparty product development.
Role Overview:
As a Senior Integrations Engineer you will design develop and deploy enterprise integration software that seamlessly connects various systems across GTM Finance Supply Chain Infrastructure and Security domains. You will work across the frontend backend and integration layers contributing to intuitive user experiences scalable architectures and AIdriven workflow automation.
This role requires a deep technical foundation in software engineering integrations API development and automation platforms. The candidate must also be able to work in a hybrid buildandbuy model leveraging lowcode nocode and fullcode solutions where applicable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain scalable highperformance integration architectures that unify enterprise systems (ERP CRM HRIS Billing Asset Management DCIM PDM and Finance Systems).
- Develop and integrate APIs to enable seamless data flow and system interoperability across CoreWeaves IT ecosystem.
- Lead enterprise system integrations ensuring realtime eventdriven architectures and scalable microservices are implemented.
- Implement and optimize workflow automation using industryleading platforms
- Build and maintain lowcode/nocode solutions where applicable to accelerate enterprisewide automation initiatives.
- Continuously improve software development lifecycle (SDLC) through DevOps CI/CD and automation all powered by GenAI.
- Partner with engineering security finance and business teams to ensure seamless system transformations and largescale enterprise integrations.
Key Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a FullStack Engineer or Integration Engineer with expertise in both frontend and backend development.
- Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React Angular Vue) and UI/UX principles.
- Strong backend development experience with Python Java or equivalent.
- Handson experience with workflow automation tools (Camunda Apache Airflow Zapier etc.).
- Deep experience in integrating enterprise systems such as ERP CRM HRIS Billing and Asset Management.
- Expertise in API development eventdriven architectures and microservices.
- Expertise with enterpriseleading integration platforms like Boomi or Workato.
- Experience with GenAI models APIs and agentic workflows (OpenAI LangChain RAG architectures).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS GCP Azure) and modern DevOps practices.
- Strong understanding of data pipelines API security and enterprise integration patterns.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven ability to architect develop and optimize largescale integrations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills working across engineering security and finance teams.
- Domain expertise in two or more of the following: Financial Supply Chain GTM and People systems.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $185000 $210000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience.
