Overview
Catholic Eldercare is seeking a Housekeeper for our Long Term Care facility.
Schedule includes MONDAYFRIDAY only.Position is 7 shifts per 2 week pay period 6:00am1:30pm weekdays.

About our community:
Catholic Eldercare is a community of residential facilities in Northeast Minneapolis offering assisted living independent living skilled nursing memory care transitional care and adult day services.
Responsibilities
- Clean and vacuum common areas on a daily basis.
- Clean residents rooms including bathrooms and replenish supplies on a daily basis. Dusts vents light fixtures and doors. Wet/dry mop tile floors and vacuum carpets.
- Clean equipment and housekeeping room. Keep housekeeping cart stocked with supplies. Replace vacuum bags and filters.
- Demonstrate sensitivity to resident needs and maintain a kind and respectful manner.
- Perform all duties in a manner that is consistent with quality standards infection controland safety measures which includes using Standard Precautions at all times.
Qualifications
Previous housekeeping experience is a plus.
Must be able to work independently and dependably to maintain the cleanliness of the common areas and resident living areas.
Candidate must be able to read write and speak English with at least intermediatie proficiency.
Must be able to frequently lift 10 lbs and occasionally lift 35 lbs. The housekeeper is on their feet most of the day.
