THE POSITION

As a member of our dynamic team you will play an integral role in facilitating hope healing and recovery in the lives of those we serve.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As a Pharmacist you will play an important role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our consumers. Your primary responsibility will be to fill medication orders and prescriptions accurately while also examining each one for potential adverse reactions duplications and compatibility issues. You will also be responsible for properly packaging and labeling medications as well as providing vital information to consumers and other medical staff on usage dosage side effects and safety. Your exceptional communication skills will be crucial in engaging with consumers and nursing staff providing clear guidance and minimizing the risk of adverse reactions.

- Fulltime employment 37.5 hours per week
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday Friday with a 60minute lunch.
- May change based on operational needs

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Special Requirement:
- You must possess a license to practice pharmacy as issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy.
Other Requirements:

- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Legal Requirement:
- A conditional offer of employment will requirea medical examination.
- This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act.
- Under the Act a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports including but not limited to PA State Police and FBI clearance.
