As a Market Readiness Manager on the Market Management & Client Solutioning team you will equip thesales team with the necessary strategy value proposition and client messaging tools to effectively sell treasury and payments products across all market segments within the Commercial Bank. You will drive a successful sales readiness strategy for product launches.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with strategy and initiative leads to manage projects across various payment product cohorts
- Support development of salesfocused training (industry and personabased)
- Support development of client messaging (industry and personabased conversation starters and pitchbooks)
- Support an ambitious roadmap of sales readiness for new products capabilities and partnerships
- Lead initiatives and bring new exciting solutions to marketby supporting sales readiness efforts
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills
- 7 years of relevant Product Strategy or Consulting experience within Payables/Commercial Card and/or banking domains
- Ability to translate product vision into sales and customerfriendly language followed by execution of a gotomarket product launch
- Proven track record collaborating across crossfunctional teams such as Product Operations Service Sales Onboarding Marketing and Finance
- Sales enablement experience with bringing new product capabilities to market and supporting sales education
- Ability to communicate complex ideas storytelling (verbal and written) and influence both upward and downward
- Demonstrated communication and diplomacy skills to work crossorganizationally to influence others drive results/change and implement projects/processes on simultaneous projects
Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills
- BA/BS degree and strong MS Office skills required; MBA preferred
- Nicetohave: Good knowledge of traditional and emerging methods of payment (e.g. ACH Wire Real Time Payments Wallets and Card)
