Position: Civil Engineering PM
Location: Near Sacramento CA
Salary: $140000 $165000 DOE
Our client has almost 60 years of experience specializing in public work energy and land development. They offer civil engineering land surveying environmental science and permitting landscape architecture and construction management and inspection services. They are looking for a relationship driven Civil Engineering Project Manager to join their fastest growing office in Roseville.
In this role youll lead land development projects through design completion managing client relationships project teams and technical execution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage land development projects including scope schedule budget and quality control.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients maintaining strong and responsive relationships.
- Oversee and coordinate the work of engineering teams subconsultants and support staff.
- Lead the preparation of site development plans reports calculations and permit applications.
- Review and approve technical designs ensuring compliance with applicable codes and client requirements.
- Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and participating in proposal development.
- Facilitate meetings with clients public agencies and internal teams to discuss project progress and resolve challenges.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers and project team members.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 6 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on land development projects.
- 8 years of progressive project management experience in land development is strongly preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in California or the ability to obtain it within 6 months.
- Proven experience managing project budgets schedules and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong knowledge of local development codes standards and permitting processes.
- Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D and other industryrelated design software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with clients colleagues and public agency staff.
