Fire Brigade Firefighter
Job Summary: Under the direction of the Fire Brigade Supervisor trains for and
participates in emergency responses to various fire smoke and environmental
hazard alarms.
Responsibilities:
Responds to alarms and participates in control and mitigation efforts
Performs routine patrols
Remains skilled in modern fire suppression tactics
Participates in ongoing collaborative training and drills
Works effectively following policies and procedures
Minimum Required Qualifications:
HazmatAwareness (Technician preferred) certification through MI Office of
the State Fire Marshal (OSFM)
Firefighter certification through MI Office of the State Fire Marshal (OSFM)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Monitor premises to prevent theft violence or infractions of rules
Thoroughly examine doors windows and gates to ensure proper function and security
Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
Report any facility issues
Request emergency personnel for highrisk situations
Qualifications:
- 18 years of age or older
- Familiarity with security equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Must possess the values important to Per Mar Security Integrity Communication Excellent Service and Accountability.
- Must be willing to participate in the Companys preemployment screening process including drug screen and background investigation.
