Job Description
Job Title : QA Analyst / Tester
Location : Richmond VA Hybrid
4 days/week at the office
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in gathering analyzing and documenting business requirements supporting system implementation and facilitating process improvements. This role will be responsible for working closely with stakeholders endusers technical teams and leadership to ensure project objectives are met within scope schedule and budget. The ideal candidate will have experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and a solid background in healthcare systems large system implementations and testing.
Qualifications & Required Skills:
Minimum 4 years of experience in requirements elicitation documentation analysis and tracking.
Minimum 4 years of experience in systems integration and UAT testing including planning execution resolution and reporting.
Minimum 4 years of experience in process/workflow engineering and analysis including workflow diagramming in Visio use case documentation and policy/procedure analysis.
Minimum 3 years of experience supporting large system implementations involving complex solutions and integrations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/365 applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with both Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
Experience leading workgroups (highly desired).
Experience working in a healthcare/clinical setting and understanding of HIPAA regulations (highly desired).
Experience with VITA project standards/requirements (highly desired).
Experience in defining schedules milestones and metrics (highly desired).
Preferred Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills to engage with clinical and technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
Knowledge of health system operations and clinical workflows.
