Garage Door Technician
WD Door is excited to grow our team in the Des Moines market and is set to hire new technicians with our residential installation and service teams. In this role you will be an integral part of providing curb appeal for homeowners. We feel that garage doors are the lipstick of the home providing the wow factor the customer desires. As an installation or service technician you play a crucial role in the success of this company. You are the face of WD Door! Whether installing a garage door on a new home or replacing/repairing an existing door the customers satisfaction it our top priority.

WHAT IS IT LIKE TO INSTALL OR SERVICE GARAGE DOORS
We work as a team to be organized and efficient. A typical workday starts at 7:00 AM and ends somewhere around 4:00 PM (depending on the job). You will be involved with receiving inventory twice a week loading trucks with materials needed for the day driving company trucks to jobs and installing garage doors onsite. We have a process that makes our team a success. This means you get variety in what you do and a great team to work with every day!

We are looking for candidates to have the following qualifications:
- Valid Drivers License with clean driving history
- Must be 18 years or older
- Willing to learn new skills coachable
- Great customer service skills
