Responsibilities:
* Administering compensation programs
* Conducting market pricing and pay equity analysis
* Developing job descriptions and ensuring compliance with wage laws
* Supports immigration processes
* Conduct onboarding and new hire orientation
* Prepare reports and presentations relating to compensation and benefits
* Resolves employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits
* Administrative tasks policy updates and serving as a backup to the Benefits Specialist
Qualifications:
* 2 years of HR experience with a focus on compensation
* Experience in job evaluation compensation analysis and variable pay plans
* Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in HR or business
* Strong analytical skills advanced Excel proficiency and knowledge of employment laws
* Preferred: SHRM certification vendor management experience and experience with market pricing tools and immigration processes.
