Job Summary:
Courtesy Automotive Group is looking for a creative and driven Social Media Specialist to join our growing Marketing Team! This role will focus on content creation and helping maintain a cohesive brand presence across all our dealerships social platforms. The ideal candidate will also support graphic design and video production efforts and assist in organizing marketing events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan create and schedule engaging content across Facebook Instagram LinkedIn YouTube and TikTok using SocialPilot & Direct Apps.
- Shoot and edit photos and videos for social media internal communications and company events.
- Travel locally between Phoenix Dealerships (regularly) and to San Diego (occasionally)
- Support onsite activations and event execution with the Marketing Team.
- Guide and assist dealership social butterflies in social media best practices.
What youll need:
- Proven experience managing social media content both organic and paid.
- Comfortable using camera equipment and video/photo editing software.
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends and late afternoons.
- High school diploma or GED required; relevant college coursework is a plus.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

- $20$24 per hour depending on experience.
- Fulltime (40 hours/week) with flexible start times between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM.
- MondayFriday schedule with occasional weekend events.
